STEP 1. Select the Lead of the Screw Rod 

Outer Diameter of the Screw Rod
Lead of the Screw RodDefines how far the nut advances per full rotation.
Model Rule: Outer Diameter + Lead = Screw Rod Model.
Example: 16(diameter) + 05(lead) = 1605.
Lead OptionsConventional Leads: 04, 05, 10
Large Leads: 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50

STEP 2. Select the Precision of the Screw Rod

Cold - rolled Screw Rod (C7 Precision)

          Tolerance: 300mm ± 50(Unit: μ ).
          Precision Type: Repeat Positioning Precision.
Ground Screw Rod (C5 Precision)

          Tolerances:0 - 100mm ± 18; 100 - 200mm ± 20; 200 - 315mm ± 23 ……

STEP 3. Select the Nut

Thread Length = Total Screw Rod Length - Processing Lengths of Both Ends.

Absolute Stroke = Thread Length - Nut Length (or nut seat/platform length) - Mounting Seat Shrinkage - Nut Flange Fixing Screws
